From the National Day of Action on The Hill for Puerto Rico

Thank you to everyone who organize the National Day of Action on The Hill. We met with multiple members of Congress to amend austerity measures that would allow for a just and INDEPENDENT audit of our debt and to release relief funds to our people. Senator Sanders and Sen Warren are heading up Bill 1312 which provides a comprehensive breakdown of how that audit should be conducted. SEE BELOW for a recap of our meeting with Sander’s office.
